SHIPPING POLICY
We take every precaution to ensure your items are securely packaged. All parcels are shipped via a registered and trackable service, allowing you to monitor your order from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches your doorstep.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, partnering with DHL, UPS, and SDA to provide a fast and reliable service for our international customers. Estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 2-3 business days.

EU, USA, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates: 5-7 business days.
We offer free shipping to many countries, while destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Asia, United Arab Emirates, and Africa incur a 50% reduced shipping fee.

DUTIES & TAXES
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees applied by their country’s authorities. These charges, which may be applied when the parcel reaches its destination, vary depending on local regulations and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date information on applicable fees.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may return the product for a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal: For non-customized items, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, by notifying us via our Contact Page.

Exclusions: Pursuant to Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83, personalized or made-to-order products (e.g., "Made to Order") are not eligible for return.
To process a return, please:

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, using the protective materials provided.

Ship it to the address we’ll provide during the return process.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated (e.g., defective items).

REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund by returning the product within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will not be issued if:

The product has been used or damaged.

The return request is made after 15 days from delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the product must:

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be unused and in perfect condition.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the refund within 10 business days, credited to the original payment method. For bank transfer payments, please provide your full name and IBAN.
Defective Products: If the item you received is defective or of poor quality, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Page. In such cases, we’ll cover return shipping costs and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
You may request a replacement with a different size or color, if available, within 15 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted. To qualify for a replacement, the product must:

Be returned in its original packaging.

Be unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, while we’ll cover the shipping of the replacement item. Once the returned product is received and verified, we’ll process the replacement within 7 business days. Only one replacement per item is allowed, provided all conditions are met.
